At Narration, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt.

Return Guidelines:

• All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Please contact us at Narrationsfromyourheart@gmail.com before initiating a return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

• Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days after received the return product(s). 

Additional Notes:

• Warranty & Condition: Narration reserves the right to void warranties on items that show signs of misuse, damage beyond normal wear, or tampering.

• Lost or Stolen Items: Narration is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been delivered.​
